Yankees fans who are somehow trying to be included in this because you are from New York?
You are the worst.
This week Nerd Alert is all about Sucker Punch, Duke Nukem, The Dark Knight Rises, and anime fandom in the 80’s.
2 things:
- Sucker Punch will be a whole of nothing on the plot point and character development. And a whole lot of of sex appeal.
- If JGL gets a major super villain role in TDNR it’ll will either 8 hours long or overtly complex. The best bet for JGL would be a character like Robin. It would cut down on the density needed to tell a WHOLE other story because you could focus on the development of the relationship between Batman/Bruce Wayne & Robin/Dick Grayson. Of course this is all my opinion, but I can’t see where they would have the room to develop three major villains in this movie. I think the only way it would be possible is if one of them was defeated early and a new one was brought in. I’m become increasingly frustrated with the news of TDNR. I just want to know more about what it going on. Basically, I want it to just be out already so I can quite speculating about it and formulate a proper opinion.
